This property is beautiful and just like the pictures. The large windows give you a full view of the lake inside too. Lots of water toys kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, floats and more. The beach area is great for small children, my kiddos (8 & 9) could walk out a ways and still touch the bottom. Dock was fun for jumping off. Fire pit area was lots of fun too. Kitchen well stocked with whatever you need for making dinners. Outdoor shower was great for getting a chance to rinse off and keep things clean! Hunter was super responsive and checked in a couple times just to make sure things were okay.

We had a multi-generational family vacation at Hunter's place and it was perfect for my older parents as the home was all one-level. The place looks exactly as the pictures and the views of the lake and amenities at the house were impressive. We never ran out of things to do and really enjoyed our 4 days together at this private location. Hunter and his team were really responsive and accommodating, highly recommend and hoping to be back next year!

Absolutely beautiful and everything you want out of a lakehouse plus more. this place is a little slice paradise. I have rented a few places at Lake Wylie, this one is the best. I can't wait to come back. As for Bill, he is a great host. Every time a had a question he was available.

We had a great stay at the lakefront cottage! The house has everything you need and the outside space is awesome. We made plenty of use of the paddle boards, kayaks and covered dock. Fishing was good too from the dock, caught a fair amount of catfish and a few crappie. We also utilized the recommended boat rental and it was nice to have the boat brought to the dock and you just leave it there when you’re done with the rental.

Perfect for our family! The only reason I would hesitate to give it 10/10 is because I want this place to be available next time I’m in the area. What a gem.

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. The only minor issue we encountered was with the septic system, but it was handled as best as possible and definitely didn’t ruin our vacation. We'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and memorable stay.

This place is amazing. The location is fantastic and being right on the water was 10/10. The deck has a great setup for eating and hanging next to the fire pit with a beautiful view of the water. Bill was super responsive and accommodating. We will be sure to celebrate back.

Wow...this place is awesome! This beautiful lake home served as the perfect spot for our team to host a corporate outing. The house was clean, well-stocked and very well appointed. It was very nice having all bedrooms and living spaces on one floor. The 4 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms set up very well to host groups. The dock and access to the lake was very well done and we enjoyed both mornings and evenings out on our boat. I would highly recommend this house!

Hunter's chic cottage on Lake Wylie with full dock and sandy beach was incredible. The property is beautifully situated on the lake and the home is perfect with two extemely comfortable bedrooms, gigantic picture windows in the kitchen and living room with breathtaking views of Boyds cove. House is fully equipped and the outside is also fully stocked with every water you imaginable. Outside seating is plentiful on back porch, dock and around firepit on the beach. I decided on booking this home last minute for a significant event and Hunter went above and beyond to communicate and accommodate my stay. Thanks so much and we cant wait to stay again at this perfect lil oasis on Wylie

A really great location, being able to sit on the porch and look out across the water was amazing. We had a lovely few days stay here, relaxing and peaceful.
