This incredible, newly renovated tiny home boasts 2 well-appointed king-sized bedrooms, 2 beautifully updated bathrooms, cozy furnishings and decor, an open living space, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and large Smart TV's in every room. It has everything you need in one small space with gigantic lake views! The private outdoor deck is perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee or that late evening glass of wine. The hammock is the ideal spot to catch up on that hard to put down novel or to take a reviving afternoon nap. Break out your fishing gear and see how many bass you can catch, take a scenic kayak ride by using one of the 5 kayaks that are shared with the house next door, or enjoy a refreshing swim in the beautiful waters of Lake Wylie. There is a shared dock for you to use for renting or bringing your own boat. Delight in wonderful lake living! If you need more room, we also manage the beautiful 4-bedroom lake home directly next door called "Lake Wylie Oasis with Fire Pit + Kayaks + Dock".

***We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. There is a $1000 fee for any parties or gatherings. We do utilize local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. This is a smoke free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. There is a $1000 fee for smoking inside.*** We are happy to host dogs for a non-refundable fee of $50 per pet. While we love them, we cannot host cats. Several members of our team are highly allergic. If cats are in the home, there will be a $500 fee, no exceptions. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors as they are permanent residents.

A really great location, being able to sit on the porch and look out across the water was amazing. We had a lovely few days stay here, relaxing and peaceful.

The place is amazing. Right on the lake, kayaking, fishing plenty to do. The house was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. Bill was great with communication. Would definitely come back.

Bill was an AMAZING host. The directions he gave were great because we would’ve never found it without him. You can fish right from the deck and if you’re a puzzle freak like me he had them readily available. It’s private and so peaceful. He checked in and made sure we didn’t need anything throughout the stay and was just an all & all great host. We will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I had a perfect weekend away at Bill’s place. We were in awe of the views from both the living room and the master bedroom upstairs. t was so beautiful and peaceful waking up and starting our morning on the deck. The location is great, the neighborhood is secured with a gate and has tons of space to walk, we saw playgrounds for kids, what looked like a neighborhood garden, and of course lots of opportunities for fun on the lake! There were even kayaks and a fishing pole at the house for guests to use! I wish we could’ve stayed longer but we will definitely be back!
