Be our guest at this Frank Lloyd Wright inspired concrete and glass house. We call it the "bridge" house (it's constructed like a bridge). The interior decor is industrial chic, like a New York City Loft. There are amazing views of the lake from the master bedroom, patio and just about everywhere else. Large dock, bring your boat, there is space to park your boat trailer. Swim, fish, kayak, make smore's in the fire-pit.

Good to know

You will not want to leave it's so relaxing and comfortable. If you are working from home, we have a workstation with HDMI cable and hi-res monitor and Spectrum Wi-Fi. Do you have any vinyl records? Bring them!!! (Or play the records that are there). We resurrected our vintage stereo equipment for you. We have puzzles and games for you as well for your off time. Polish your Foosball skills! Grill and eat outside on the large teak table. Afterwards sit on the dock or patio with a fire, watch the sunset, enjoy a beverage (teak cooler on the patio). While we love them, we cannot host cats. Several members of our team are highly allergic. If cats are in the home, there will be a $500 fee, no exceptions IMPORTANT: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. There is a $1000 fee for any parties or gatherings. We do utilize local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense. This is a smoke free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. There is a $1000 fee for smoking inside.*** We are happy to host dogs for a non-refundable fee of $50 per pet. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Absolutely beautiful and everything you want out of a lakehouse plus more. this place is a little slice paradise. I have rented a few places at Lake Wylie, this one is the best. I can't wait to come back. As for Bill, he is a great host. Every time a had a question he was available.

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. The only minor issue we encountered was with the septic system, but it was handled as best as possible and definitely didn’t ruin our vacation. We'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and memorable stay.

This place is amazing. The location is fantastic and being right on the water was 10/10. The deck has a great setup for eating and hanging next to the fire pit with a beautiful view of the water. Bill was super responsive and accommodating. We will be sure to celebrate back.

We had such a great time! I’m rather picky about where I stay when it comes to airbnb’s bc they can be a hit or miss. This one is a hit! Super private, dog friendly, clean, safe environment, and the host was extremely welcoming & helpful! We stayed for 3 nights & had a blast. There’s restaurants 5 minutes away, the house is in a beautiful neighborhood, the dock is super safe ( I jumped in the water)! My husband is recovering from a back surgery so he wasn’t able to enjoy the lake as much but the record player in the house & the ambiance of the lake & backwoods was just what he needed to relax. The first night we built a fire & enjoyed a glass of wine. The 2nd & 3rd night we ate at Papa Doc’s. Our dog loved chasing sticks in and out of the lake! Great trip all around. We’ll def be staying here again!

We loved our stay here. The views of the water were unmatched and being able to keep our boat out front was priceless. Great fishing right off the pier too. The fire pit space is amazing and the whole area is very quiet. Loved the record player. There is stuff near by and people in the area are both very friendly and progressive. Our new favorite.

We had an amazing stay. The home was clean and nice. The view was beautiful. We especially loved the living area with beautiful lake views and there were so many lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy. We will definitely stay again.
